Packer Super Bowl History

The Green Bay Packers have earned and won more Super Bowl championships than any other team in National Football League history. The Packers won their first three, in 1929, 1930, and 1931, based off of their league standing and nine since the NFL's playoff system was instituted (1936, 1939, 1944, 1961, 1962, 1965, 1966, 1967 and 1996).

Not only is Green Bay the most victorious when it comes to championships, but is the only team to win three consecutive championship titles. The Green Bay Packers twice had 3 straight championship reigns (1929-1931 and 1965-67). So fun to be a Packer fan!

Purchase your own Green Bay Packers tickets and be there in person to see the the Packers can, once again, become world champions. Let's see if the Green Bay Packers can make the Super Bowl this year!  Check out this great site for tickets!

We Remember Vince Lombardi on his Centennial

Vincent Lombardi was born on June 11th, 1913, which makes tomorrow, Tuesday June 11th, Vincent Lombardi's centennial. The Packers couldn't be more proud of this date. Lombardi's name is etched on the Super Bowl Trophy and his legacy, five NFL championships in the span of nine unforgettable seasons in the 1960s, will never be forgotten. His image is frozen in beautiful black and white photographs that will remain iconic and classic for as long as football is around. He knew talent, he was successful, and he is still missed. Tomorrow, do something to honor Lombardi as he would have turned 100 years old. You are missed, Vince Lombardi!

Clay Matthews on The Mindy Project

Guess what, Packers fans! Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews was on The Mindy Project, about a month ago. During this cameo he played none other than… Clay Matthews. Sorry we are just getting this news to you, but the show just became available on Hulu, so of course that's the only place I watched it!

The Mindy Project is on Fox and stars Mindy Kaling, who we all know as the Indian girl that was in The Office.

It was a good episode; Clay Matthews said his lines and there was even one funny line he managed to pull off! We didn't think he had it in him. Below is a shot of Clay looking all dreamy and hunky from the show.
