Donald Driver Wins Dancing with the Stars

Shiny trophies are not new to Donald Driver. He added another one to his collection recently, taking home the coveted mirror ball trophy Tuesday night on “Dancing with the Stars.” 

Runner-up Katherine Jenkins and third-place finisher William Levy also performed on Tuesday.

Some viewers were surprised by the win, but here at Packers Badgers, we know a winner when we see one (so do the Packers!). Driver was dubbed by the judges as a dancer with “great physique, great posture, great presence”.

Wisconsin Declares "Aaron Rodgers Day"

The State of Wisconsin, sometimes known as Packer Country, wants fans to celebrate the success and talent of Aaron Rodgers. To fuel the celebration, Wisconsin set aside on day a year in honor of the amazing quarterback.

What does Rodgers think? He wants fans to celebrate his special day by wearing a championship belt. 

December 12, 2012 is Aaron Rodgers Day in Wisconsin. The date, 12-12-12, occurs once every 100 years. Aaron Rodgers, the reigning NFL most valuable player, wears No. 12.

Duane Bennett and Eric Lair of Minnesota Sign with Green Bay

Two former Golden Gophers football players signed with the Green Bay Packers as undrafted free agents. 

Duane Bennett (running back) and Eric Lair (tight end) will bring the border rivalry to the forefront of their lives as the 2011 seniors hope to make the Green Bay roster for 2012.

Neither player is a Minnesota Native. Duane Bennett is from St. Louis, while Lair is a Houston Native.

Clay Matthews Vs. Brian Cushings

Clay Matthews came out of the same draft as Brian Cushing after both players went to USC and dominated there. Cushing was drafted ahead of Matthews in the first round. Now we're going to see who is better looking and cooler. First, we have Cushing.



What a little turd muffin. It looks like he has a little burnt spot on his head. Plus he got caught with steroids and is really ugly.



Yep, you guessed it. Clay Matthews is much, much better than Brian Cushing in every which way. He is better looking, he has flowing hair that is so much better than Cushing's. The cherry on top, he won NFC Defensive player of the year, not too shabby. Oh and who has won a Super Bowl?

Regular Season Game #16: Packers vs. Lions

The Packers finish up their regular season with a home game against the Detroit Lions. Tickets are available, so get them while you can. And if you can’t the game will be televised on FOX at noon.

Randall Cobb, My New Favorite Packer

Welcome to the Green Bay Packers, Randall Cobb. We don't need you, Aaron Rodgers has too many weapons...Psyche! Aaron Rodgers can never have too many qeapons and I am so pumped to have Randall Cobb aboard this team. He could be like the Percy Harvin or Reggie Bush for this team. Someone teams all have to game plan around and take note of. I'm really excited to see how the coaching staff integrates him into the offense and I bet they have sweet packages for him. Aaron Rodgers vs. Alex Rodriguez

Yep folks, it's that time of year. A-Rod vs. A-Rod. There is nothing like it and it times to figure out who is hotter. Let's start with some pictures.



Here's what really gets me going besides the perfect body, the body language. Rodgers is a stud and he knows it, just look at all that swagger it's unbelievable.



Thank goodness I'm wearing a diaper because Alex Rodriguez is a s-t-u-d. My oh my is he a hottie. He's got the eye of the tiger and the body to go with it. Look at those arms and those eyes. Damn. And the winner is....



Oh yeah. I'm not picking Rodgers because this is a Packer player site. I'm picking him because he truly is the hotter guy with the hotter personality to go with it. Plus, he wears green and gold.

Regular Season Game #15: Packers vs. Bears

The Packers return to primetime this Sunday night as the rivalry between the Pack and the Chicago between finishes up its next chapter. The game will be Lambeau this Sunday night, so tickets are available. That being said they are selling out fast, so get them while you can. And if you can’t, the game will be televised on NBC at 7:20. Go Pack Go!

Donald Driver Says He'll Play Until 40

Donald Driver has said that he would like to play football until he is forty. Are you kidding me? He's going to be like Stephen Hawkin. Seriously Donald, I love you to death and love watching you play, but you got to retire! It's not good for you, you gotta quit while you're ahead with football. We've got Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson, and James Jones! The Bears and Vikings don't have any receivers that good! We'd love to have you, but want to see you live past 60. Thank you,

Greg Jennings vs Aaron Rodgers

In a smile contest. Let's take a look at the two smiles first.





For me, this is a really tough decision. Greg Jennings has those big white teeth that you look for in a smile. Rodgers has some real nice looking teeth, but what really puts Aaron Rodgers' smile over the top for me is those dimples. It reminds of me of a kid getting ice cream from an ice cream truck. There is just no topping those dimples and for that, Aaron Rodgers slightly edges out Greg Jennings in a smile contest.
